Service information and availability
Catalogue information and displayed plans describe the options currently available in the website. A listed service, preferred date or location does not by itself guarantee provider suitability, coverage or an appointment. SHINEX confirms these details with you.
Prices and booking requests
Review the current plan, quantities, discounts, wallet use and total shown in the booking flow before submitting. Enquiry-only subjects have no approved online price and cannot be booked through the website. A booking receipt confirms that your request was received; it does not mean an unpaid amount has been paid.
Wallet, coupons and changes
Wallet credit and coupon discounts are subject to eligibility and the rules shown in the account or booking flow. Contact SHINEX or use the available account controls for cancellation or rescheduling. Any refund or change is subject to the terms confirmed for that booking.
Using the website
Provide accurate contact, address and booking information. Do not submit payment-card details, passwords or other sensitive information through an enquiry form or messaging channel.
